Responsibilities as

Warranty Administrator

:

Expectations

• Associate must be able to navigate effectively between 3 chats simultaneously, at a fast pace, while providing exceptional customer service.
• Associate must be able to multitask while utilizing more than application at once to complete a request.
• Associate must be reliable, tardiness and or unexcused absences will not be tolerated.
• Associate must live within one hour’s commute to the Microsourcing Manila office.
  

Requirements

• Must have prior Chat experience(1-2 years minimum)
• Must work our day shift (8 hour set schedule between the hours of 7:00am EST and 6:00pm EST)
• Position is Fulltime, Monday – Friday
• Must be able to multitask, utilize more than one application at once to assist with customer request.
• Associate must be proficient in the English language for both comprehension and written communication.
