As a Claim Processing professional, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of claim processing efficiently and accurately. This includes ensuring compliance with established guidelines and documentation requirements. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer and internal support to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. In addition to claim processing responsibilities, you will also be tasked with various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the department. This may include tracking warranty parts and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. You will be expected to adapt to changing priorities and perform any other administrative tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, where you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.
