Job Description

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow. Manage and oversee a team of 15-20 staff members, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory tracking using warehouse management systems. Oversee packaging, dispatching, and shipping processes to meet specified deadlines. Print and verify Purchase Orders (POs) and dispatch documents as per operational requirements. Coordinate with relevant departments for timely dispatches and deliveries. Manage and process returns efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and handling. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies. Supervise team tasks, provide training, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, inventory movements, and team performance. Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to streamline operations. Handle customer and vendor inquiries related to shipments and inventory. Prepare reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and team productivity for management review.
