Role Description

The Warehouse Supervisor / Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations at our Sriperumbudur location. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves supervising shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory control, ensuring efficient material handling, and overseeing safety protocols such as forklift operations. The role requires ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining compliance with company standards, and promoting team productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate daily tasks effectively
• Experience in Shipping & Receiving processes and Inventory Control for efficient stock management
• Proficiency in Material Handling techniques and familiarity with Forklift Operation
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
