Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Kharkhoda, Sonipat, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations with team handling responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies.
Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, assigning duties and monitoring team performance.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Oversee timely loading and unloading of goods, ensuring zero damage.
Implement effective warehouse management systems to optimize operations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
Proven team handling and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and ERP/WMS software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in logistics management, freight management, or related fields is an added advantage.
Qualification: B.Com.
