Responsibilities

• Data input: Accurately and efficiently enter data from source documents (like packing slips or invoices) into warehouse management systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Data verification and correction: Review entered data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
• Record management: Maintain and update digital records for inventory levels, stock movement, and shipment information.
• Report generation: Create reports, summaries, and other data sets as required by management to support warehouse operations.
• Coordination: Liaise with other warehouse staff, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Data security: Follow company procedures for data handling, storage, and security to maintain data integrity.

Essential skills and qualifications

• Technical skills: Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with warehouse management or database software.
• Typing and accuracy: Strong typing speed and a high level of accuracy are crucial for efficient data entry.
• Organizational skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage and track large volumes of information.
• Attention to detail: Keen attention to detail to spot errors and ensure the integrity of the data.
• Problem-solving: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with data and software.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with other staff.
• Work ethic: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education

Completed graduation in any field

Experience

06 Months

OR minimum 1 year of experience

Skills

✔ Good with counting, numbers and basic math

✔ Good with computer operating skills with moderate proficiency in MS-Excel

✔ Should be organized

✔ Ability to multi task

✔ Ability to manage cash and payments

✔ Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati

✔ Eagerness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• 5month: 1 year (Preferred)
• 2year: 1 year (Preferred)
