Warehouse Operations Manager , Inventory Management (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inventory operations across online and offline channels.
• Maintain accurate stock levels using inventory management software.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and replenishment.
• Monitor product listings, stock availability, and order fulfillment on Shopify and other marketplaces.
• Generate and analyze reports using Excel to track inventory performance and trends.
• Assist in setting up and managing POS systems at retail locations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align inventory with campaign needs.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., Zoho Inventory, Unicommerce, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Experience with POS systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Prior experience in a D2C fashion brand or startup.
