Role Purpose: To handle day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure smooth movement of materials, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Receive, check, and store raw materials and finished goods. Maintain stock records and update inventory system daily. Coordinate with production team for timely material availability. Prepare dispatches and documentation (invoices, challans, e-way bills if needed). Ensure warehouse hygiene, safety, and proper stacking. Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred). 1–3 years of warehouse/logistics experience. Basic knowledge of ERP/Excel. Attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work in a factory setup. 2. Warehouse Manager – MoonairLocation: Factory & Warehouse (1 hour from HQ) Role Purpose: To lead and manage warehouse operations, people, and processes ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee inbound (raw materials) and outbound (finished goods) flow. Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Implement and monitor inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Define SOPs for storage, dispatch, safety, and QC checks. Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations. Optimize space utilization and reduce handling costs. Ensure compliance with statutory norms (GST, e-way bills, etc.). Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. 5+ years of warehouse/factory operations experience (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/consumer durables). Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ERP systems and modern warehouse practices.
