This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager, located in SINGAPORE. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations including stock and inventory control, manage the team, and ensure efficient use of resources. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, handling shipments, optimizing warehouse layout, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Role & Responsibility

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping.
• Manage and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to meet business needs.
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory, productivity, and other key performance metrics.
