Warehouse Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our logistics operations at Positive Gems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the handling of inventory while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies Implement and optimize warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels Familiarity with EasyCom Operating System (Compulsory) Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting, ensuring data accuracy Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with overall business objectives Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices Familiarity with EasyCom Operating System (Compulsory) Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software Preferred: Hands on experience with EasyCom KINDLY NOTE THAT WE HAVE OUR OPENINGS IN VARIOUS LOCATION THEY ARE:- MAHARASHTRA KOLKATA BENGALURU HYDERABAD CHENNAI REFERENCES ARE WELCOME!
