Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise warehouse staff/Manpower to ensure efficient and safe operations.
2. Oversee the receipt, inspection Stock, and dispatch of goods on Timely Manner.
3. Ensure accurate and timely inventory Update in System.
4. Implement and maintain effective warehouse layout and organization.
5. Monitor and control warehouse costs, including labor, equipment, and supplies.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
7. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
8. Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations.
9. Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics.
10. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
1. 4-7 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3. Proven leadership and management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
