Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Warehouse Incharge to lead and manage our warehouse operations at the Chakan facility . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics, effective inventory control, and compliance with safety and quality standards while leading a team of warehouse personnel. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock management. Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods to meet operational timelines. Maintain accurate stock records and generate daily/weekly inventory reports. Implement and monitor warehouse safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols . Coordinate effectively with logistics, procurement, and production/planning teams . Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff for productivity and discipline. Ensure proper handling of returnable packaging and warehouse documentation. Required Skills: Strong team leadership and manpower handling abilities. Good understanding of warehouse workflows , SOPs, and inventory systems. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook). Excellent coordination and communication skills across functions. Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems is an added advantage.
