Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager & Controller to oversee our financial planning, cost control, and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis, and will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, audit readiness, and fiscal discipline. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial accounting , budgeting , forecasting , and preparation of monthly MIS . Ensure timely compliance with all taxation laws , statutory regulations , and audit requirements . Monitor and implement cost control measures across departments. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with accuracy and timeliness. Support senior leadership with financial analysis, projections, and strategic insights . Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance . Proficiency in MS Excel , Tally , and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). Excellent analytical , coordination , and team management skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively across functions.
