Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with project/site teams for timely supply.
• Implement proper storage systems to minimize loss, damage, or pilferage.
• Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Manage inward/outward logistics and ensure timely dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate responsibilities efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards in warehouse operations.
  

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience as a Warehouse/Store In-Charge in Power Transmission Projects (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP software (preferably NWAY).
• Ability to manage documentation, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
