Position: Warehouse Manager Company: Automation & General Electric Company (AGECO) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh About the Company: Automation & General Electric Company (AGECO) is a leading organization engaged in electrical and automation solutions. We value discipline, teamwork, and a professional work culture. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations. Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. Maintain accurate stock records and documentation. Coordinate with purchase and logistics teams for smooth operations. Ensure proper safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse. Lead and guide warehouse staff to maintain discipline and performance. Manage inventory and outward processes. Handle attendance management of warehouse staff. Prepare and maintain daily stock, attendance, and working reports. Use negotiation skills to arrange vehicles for dispatch. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate (preferred in any stream). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/Inventory software.
