As an Operations Manager in the company, your role will involve overseeing and managing daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting with inventory management and ordering - Scheduling and managing daily deliverables - Defining targets for the team and ensuring they are met in due time - Ensuring customer satisfaction - Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and operational flow - Implementing new policies as directed by top management - Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols Regarding qualifications, prior experience in a Pharmaceutical Company is preferred.
