Warehouse GRN Executive

GRN

Warehouse GRN Executive

is responsible for managing and verifying the receipt of goods into the warehouse. They ensure that items delivered match purchase orders and are recorded accurately in the inventory system.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming goods

Prepare and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)

Match received items with Purchase Orders (POs)

Coordinate with the procurement and accounts team

Update inventory systems

Report any discrepancies or damages

Maintain proper documentation and filing of GRNs

Ensure timely and accurate data entry

Skills Required

Attention to detail

Good communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations

Ability to handle documentation and filing

Computer proficiency (Excel, email, etc.)

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)

Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations

Knowledge of GRN processes is a plus
