Key Responsibilities: 1. *Inventory Management*: Manage and maintain accurate stock levels of footwear in the warehouse. 2. *Stock Counting*: Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy. 3. *Order Processing*: Process orders, pick, pack, and prepare footwear for dispatch. 4. *Shiprocket Integration*: Use Shiprocket or similar platforms for generating shipping labels, tracking shipments. 5. *Courier Coordination*: Coordinate with courier services for dispatching orders to customers. 6. *Dispatch Management*: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders. 7. *Record Keeping*: Maintain records of stock movements, dispatches, and inventory levels. 8. *Breakage Handling*: Handle and document breakage or damage of footwear in the warehouse, process returns if applicable. 9. *Stock Organization*: Organize footwear in the warehouse for efficient picking and packing. 10. *Quality Check*: Ensure footwear are handled carefully to minimize damage. 11. *Reporting*: Provide reports on stock levels, dispatch status, and other relevant metrics. 12. *Safety and Hygiene*: Maintain warehouse safety and hygiene standards. Tasks Involved: 1. *Receiving Stock*: Receive incoming footwear stock, check quantities, and update records. 2. *Picking and Packing*: Pick footwear as per orders and pack securely for dispatch. 3. *Labeling and Documentation*: Generate shipping labels via Shiprocket or other tools, ensure proper documentation. 4. *Tracking Shipments*: Monitor shipment tracking for dispatched orders. 5. *Managing Returns*: Handle returns, inspect condition, and update inventory. 6. *Stock Reconciliation*: Reconcile physical stock with records periodically. 7. *Space Management*: Optimize warehouse space for efficient storage.
