Warehouse Executive

As a Warehouse Executive at Reverse, you will be instrumental in managing inventory, optimizing warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient logistics for packaging materials. Your role will involve overseeing material handling, segregation, storage optimization, and maintaining warehouse efficiency to support Reverse's commitment to sustainability and packaging reuse. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, material handling, and dispatch. - Ensure proper storage, segregation, and organization of reusable packaging materials to uphold quality and hygiene standards. - Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control teams for seamless material flow. - Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking tools. - Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure safety and operational compliance. - Monitor inbound and outbound logistics for improved efficiency. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards in warehouse operations. - Collaborate with third-party logistics providers for transportation and distribution. - Assist in periodic audits and stock reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics, preferably in packaging, beverage, or manufacturing industries. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lead a team, conduct training, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. - Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations. - Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
