Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper record-keeping and regular stock audits.
Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet operational targets.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimize warehouse workflow.
Implement and monitor safety and quality standards, including hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations (BRC/FSSAI if applicable).
Manage warehouse documentation, including inward/outward records, reports, and compliance records.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in FMCG/food industry.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Awareness of safety standards, quality, and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
