Job Description

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
storage, stacking, and movement
of goods within the warehouse
Maintain
accurate inventory records
and track stock levels
Maintain the Commodities and make sure they are stored safely and do not get Perished
Handle
inward and outward stock entries
and coordinate with logistics teams
Monitor
GRNs, dispatches, returns, and stock adjustments
Ensure
proper labeling, packing, and documentation
of goods
Conduct
regular stock audits
and reconcile physical vs system inventory
Maintain
cleanliness, safety, and compliance
in the warehouse area
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams for smooth functioning
Supervise
loading/unloading activities
and manage labour/helpers if required
Prepare and share
daily/weekly inventory and warehouse reports

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:
Graduate or Diploma (Preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field)
Experience:
13 years in warehouse or inventory management
Basi knowledge of
Excel, Inventory Software or ERP systems
Understanding of
storage standards and stock handling procedures
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Abilityto work independently and handle responsibility
