Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Handle receipt, inspection, and storage of yarn and materials as per company procedures.
Maintain accurate inward and outward stock records using
ERP and Excel
.
Keep accurate records of all inward and outward stock using ERP or manual logs.
Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
Prepare GRNs, challans, and dispatch documents accurately and on time.
Ensure proper labeling, lot-wise storage, and safe handling of yarn.
Track inventory levels and support monthly stock audits.
Work with transporters for timely dispatch and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the warehouse.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate / Diploma in
Supply Chain, or any relevant field
.
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience are welcome.
