Job Description

We at COWBERRY are looking for an experienced and versatile HR professional with a strong generalist background to manage core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and capable of independently handling recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across departments. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. 2. Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other labor laws. Liaise with external consultants or government bodies as required. 3. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions. 4. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process. Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs, ensuring a regular feedback culture. Track and maintain performance records. 5. HR Policies & Processes: Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines. Maintain up-to-date HR records and manage HRMS systems effectively. 6. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances. Ensure disciplinary actions and grievance handling are carried out with fairness and integrity. Build positive workplace relations through effective communication.
