Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
recruitment
process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain and update
employee records
in HR systems.
Handle
attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management
.
Coordinate and support
training and development
programs.
Conduct
employee engagement
activities and grievance handling.
Ensure
statutory compliance
(PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) and HR policy adherence.
Prepare and maintain
HR reports
, MIS, and documentation.
Assist management in
performance appraisal
and employee retention strategies.
Support in creating and implementing
HR policies and procedures
.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Payroll Coordination
Employee Relations & Engagement

Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
2 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR (preferably from [industry type Foods and Beverage, Hotels and Restaurants, Hospitality ])
