Warehouse Executive

About Bummer

Bummer is a fast-growing premium apparel brand known for its quality, comfort, and customer-first approach. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dedicated Warehouse Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Process daily online/offline customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling & invoice attachment.

2. Inventory & Documentation

• Maintain accurate stock records in the system.
• Perform inward/outward documentation.
• Manage stock checking, shelf arrangement & cycle counts.

3. Reporting & Excel Work

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly Excel reports.
• Track order status, stock variance, dispatch summary, and return reports.

4. Computer & System Operations

• Operate WMS/OMS systems (Unicommerce knowledge is a plus).
• Basic computer tasks including data entry, email handling & documentation.

5. Warehouse Operations

• Maintain cleanliness & organization of the warehouse.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Assist in loading/unloading and material management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
• Basic computer literacy and email etiquette.
• Strong communication & teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Prior warehouse experience in e-commerce is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
