About Bummer Bummer is a fast-growing premium apparel brand known for its quality, comfort, and customer-first approach. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dedicated Warehouse Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities 1. Order Processing & Dispatch Process daily online/offline customer orders accurately. Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch. Ensure proper packaging, labeling & invoice attachment. 2. Inventory & Documentation Maintain accurate stock records in the system. Perform inward/outward documentation. Manage stock checking, shelf arrangement & cycle counts. 3. Reporting & Excel Work Prepare daily, weekly & monthly Excel reports. Track order status, stock variance, dispatch summary, and return reports. 4. Computer & System Operations Operate WMS/OMS systems (Unicommerce knowledge is a plus). Basic computer tasks including data entry, email handling & documentation. 5. Warehouse Operations Maintain cleanliness & organization of the warehouse. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. Assist in loading/unloading and material management. Required Skills Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred). Basic computer literacy and email etiquette. Strong communication & teamwork skills. Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines. Prior warehouse experience in e-commerce is an added advantage. Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience. Why Join Bummer?
