Warehouse Coordinator - Level II

As a Logistics Associate at Cummins Inc., your role involves ensuring Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance by promptly reporting any hazards and incidents, following HSE standards, and using appropriate personal protective equipment. You will lead HSE training, correct hazards within your control, and minimize environmental impact. Additionally, you will be responsible for quality checks, identifying non-conforming material, and optimizing warehouse space for efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Stop work and report major injury hazards promptly. - Comply with HSE standards, policies, and regulations. - Lead HSE Training and ensure workforce engagement. - Follow applicable standard work and quality procedures. - Receive, sort, label/package, and store goods accurately. - Operate equipment to pick, pack, and ship products efficiently. - Communicate effectively with the team and support staff. - Ensure clean work areas and support maintenance tasks. - Collaborate with peers and support staff for equipment maintenance.
