The organization collaborates with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), state skill missions, and numerous corporate partners to create employment opportunities for 50,000 youths in the next five years. Medhavi has successfully trained and placed over 6,000 students in various industries through government-sponsored, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and paid training programs. It is also involved in running Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras under the Skill India initiative.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Deogarh for a Warehouse Associate Trainer. The Warehouse Associate Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols. Additional day-to-day tasks will include curriculum development, monitoring student progress, conducting assessments, and preparing reports. The trainer will collaborate with the center management to ensure quality training and adherence to program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Handling, and Logistics
• Proficiency in Training, Curriculum Development, and Student Assessment
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety Standards and Operational Protocols
• Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
• Ability to mentor and guide young learners
• Prior experience in the skill development sector or training roles is an advantage
• Relevant certifications in Supply Chain Management or Logistics are preferred
• Graduate degree in a related field is desirable
