Warehouse Associate Trainer

You are looking for a Warehouse Associate Trainer with hands-on experience in warehouse operations and staff training. As a Warehouse Associate Trainer, your primary role will involve conducting training sessions on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, inventory handling, and methods to enhance productivity levels within the warehouse. Your key responsibilities will include training warehouse associates on daily operations and safety procedures, evaluating the effectiveness of the training sessions, providing support during the onboarding process for new hires, monitoring the performance of warehouse associates, offering guidance for improvement, developing and updating training materials and manuals, as well as maintaining accurate training records. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate or MBA degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics training. Strong communication and leadership skills are crucial for this position. Additionally, familiarity with warehouse equipment and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems would be advantageous.
