Warehouse Associate

As a Purchase & Warehouse Manager, your role involves interacting with suppliers, obtaining price quotes, and placing orders for products. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, restocking when necessary, and managing order confirmations, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Coordinating shipments, tracking packages, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations for export and import procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. Keeping detailed records of orders, invoices, and shipping information is essential to maintain smooth operations. Building strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues, and ensuring timely deliveries are crucial aspects of your job. You will also be involved in quality checks to uphold company standards and ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards. Additionally, data entry, report generation, and analysis of key performance indicators will be key tasks to support decision-making processes. Your qualifications for this role include a minimum of a High school diploma. Knowledge of export and import processes, as well as an understanding of local compliance and regulations in purchasing and logistics, would be advantageous. While prior experience in logistics, purchasing, or order management is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork abilities are essential for success in this role. Basic computer knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new tasks and assume responsibilities are also required. A reliable and responsible work ethic is crucial to ensure efficient performance in logistics and purchasing activities following company rules and industry regulations.
