Job Title: We have multiple job openings in our Warehouse Team   1.    Inventory Staff 2.    Packing Staff 3.     Supervisors 4.    Warehouse Incharge   Location: Vasai East   Company: Ithiel Enterprises (E-commerce seller on Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho)   Job Overview: We are hiring for multiple warehouse positions based on experience and skill level. Roles include Inventory Management, Packing Staff, Warehouse Supervisors, and Warehouse Incharge. Each position carries different responsibilities and growth opportunities within our e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities (Role-wise):     Packing Staff: Pick, pack, and label orders as per guidelines, ensuring quality and timely dispatch.     Inventory Staff: Maintain accurate stock levels, arrange products in racks, conduct stock counts, and manage replenishment.     Supervisors: Oversee daily warehouse operations, monitor staff performance, ensure SOP adherence, and coordinate dispatches.     Warehouse Incharge: Lead and manage the entire warehouse team, ensure smooth workflow, monitor reporting, manage FBA/dispatches, and coordinate with management.     Requirements:     Roles will be assigned based on prior experience and capability.     Basic to advanced warehouse/logistics knowledge (depending on the role).     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow processes.     Leadership & reporting skills required for Supervisor and Incharge positions.
