Performance Reporting & Optimization Analyze key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return rates to identify improvement opportunities. Generate regular performance reports (product-wise and platform-wise) to support business decisions. Qualifications & Experience 2–10 years of relevant experience in product listing and marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and quick commerce platforms. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Required Skills Strong understanding of eCommerce listing standards, keyword optimization, and SEO best practices for marketplaces. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to work with bulk upload templates. Attention to detail with a structured and process-driven approach to managing product data. Preferred Background Prior experience with D2C brands , Home & Kitchen is highly desirable. Familiarity with A+ content , product bundling, enhanced listings, and multimedia content requirements is a plus.
