eCommerce & Marketplace Executive

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Categorization

• Create, update, and manage product listings with accurate content, attributes, images, and pricing across all assigned platforms.
• Ensure proper category mapping and compliance with platform-specific guidelines to improve product visibility.
• Maintain consistency in product titles, descriptions, keywords, and tags across all platforms.

Marketplace Operations

• Monitor and resolve listing errors, suppressions, or policy violations in coordination with internal teams and platform support.
• Collaborate with design, content, and warehouse teams to source necessary inputs for timely and accurate listings.

Inventory & Order Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure real-time inventory updates across all platforms.
• Track and manage fulfillment processes, returns, cancellations, and escalate issues as needed.

Performance Reporting & Optimization

• Analyze key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return rates to identify improvement opportunities.
• Generate regular performance reports (product-wise and platform-wise) to support business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–10 years of relevant experience in product listing and marketplace operations across

  Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho

  and quick commerce platforms.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of eCommerce listing standards, keyword optimization, and SEO best practices for marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to work with bulk upload templates.
• Attention to detail with a structured and process-driven approach to managing product data.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience with

  D2C brands

  , Home & Kitchen is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with

  A+ content

  , product bundling, enhanced listings, and multimedia content requirements is a plus.
