Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end handling of B2C & D2C orders including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, tracking, and customer returns. Ensures timely and accurate fulfillment to improve customer satisfaction and platform performance.

Role & responsibilities

Daily order processing for B2C platforms: Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.
Coordinating with courier partners for pickup, manifest preparation & dispatch.
Picking and packing as per marketplace packing standards (SKU scan accuracy 100%).
Maintaining Inventory accuracy stock inward, GRN, cycle counting & discrepancy reporting.
Handling returns (RTO/RTV) and updating system records.
Monitoring order SLAs to avoid order delays and penalties.
Ensuring correct labeling Prepaid vs COD orders.
Updating daily MIS reports Dispatch, Return Analysis, Order Status.
Good coordination with warehouse team, customer support & logistics partners.
Follow hygiene, safety & 5S standards in the warehouse.

Requirements

Knowledge of B2C e-commerce order processing
Familiar with Seller Central / WMS / Eeasyecom
Basic Excel skills VLOOKUP, Pivot Table (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle high-volume orders under pressure
Good communication & problem-solving skills
