Role & responsibilities -Manage the complete e-commerce website including product listings, pricing, images, content updates, and daily operations. Ensure smooth website performance and a seamless online customer experience. Handle online orders, customer inquiries, and end-to-end order processing. Improve website visibility and ranking through effective SEO strategies. Plan and execute initiatives to increase website traffic, conversions, and online sales. Coordinate with digital marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and advertisements. Monitor website analytics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Conduct competitor analysis and recommend website improvements. Ensure website security, speed, and overall functionality. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline; specialization in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, IT, or Business Administration preferred. 25 years of experience in e-commerce website management (minimum 1 year mandatory). Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Experience in managing product uploads, pricing, banners, and website content. Understanding of online customer behavior and e-commerce sales funnels. Experience in jewellery or luxury retail industry will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
