We will prefer candidates that possess a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, coupled with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) Warehouse Inventory & Operations Manager

• Inventory Accuracy :-

  Ensure 100% accurate stock records through regular physical audits, cycle counts & minimization of inventory discrepancies. (ERP V/s Physically)

• Timely Fulfillment of Shop floor/Customer requirements :-

  Ensure raw material issued to shop floor and finished goods are dispatched on time with high OTIF performance

• Warehouse Space & Storage Management:-

  Optimize warehouse space using efficient storage systems (FIFO/binning), while maintaining layout discipline and cleanliness.

• Process Compliance & Zero-Error Dispatch: -

  Ensure accuracy in SKU, Quantity & Documentation through SOP adherence, Quality Checks & Error Prevention. Avoid Wrong identifications

• Team Supervision & Workforce Productivity :-

  Monitor workforce performance, ensure manpower planning, and conduct training to improve speed, accuracy, and safety.

• Coordination & Communication :-

  Collaborate with cross-functional Teams, provide timely updates to management & Resolve issues proactively to avoid delays.

• System Utilization & Reporting :-

  Ensure effective use of ERP systems, Generate Operational Reports & drive continuous improvement through data analysis for MIS Reports

Educational /Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (mandatory).
• 5–8 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory or Supply Chain Operations
