Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners to understand user adoption challenges.
Design, build, and configure WalkMe solutions including Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, and other engagement features.
Conduct user behavior analysis and create effective adoption strategies.
Customize WalkMe flows to integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
Monitor and maintain WalkMe deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Create reports and dashboards to track adoption and engagement metrics.
Experience in digital adoption platforms and change management strategies.
Ability to analyze business processes and recommend optimization solutions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
WalkMe Certified Builder or equivalent certification.
Experience in other DAP tools (e.g., Whatfix, Pendo, Appcues) is a plus.
Previous experience in SaaS or Enterprise IT environments.
