This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Entry Level Customer Service Expert for the Air India process. The position involves addressing customer queries through various communication channels such as voice, email, and chat. Daily tasks include assisting customers with reservations, handling complaints, providing information about flight services, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also includes updating customer records, following up on unresolved issues, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
