Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Customer Service Expert/ Reservations Sales Associate. The associate will handle customer inquiries and reservations through various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat processes. Daily tasks include managing and optimizing customer interactions, processing reservations, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also involves upselling and cross-selling services to maximize revenue opportunities. The associate will work closely with other team members to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Reservations Management skills
• Experience with Central Reservations Systems (CRS) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple communication channels, including voice, email, and chat
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Digital and Social Media Management is a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality or airline industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
