Job Description

Position 1 - Design Engineer

Qualifications:

Experience:

Role & responsibilities

Design and model heat exchangers with 100% accuracy using CAD tools such as CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.

Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing and validation purposes.
Ensure compliance with GD&T, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/A) principles, and internal design standards.

Drive new business: lead generation, RFQs, pricing, and order booking.
Acquire and grow new customer accounts.
Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships.
Analyze business trends, competition, and forecasts for improvement.
Support NPD team for smooth product launches.

Position 3 -

Qualification:

Experience: 5-7

Role & responsibilities

Lead and optimize manufacturing and process engineering activities, including new product development, process design, validation, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and shop floor operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely project delivery
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentor teams, and implement best practices in process, maintenance, and production excellence
