Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Sales Achievement:

  Ensure monthly sales targets are met through effective team guidance and floor management.

• Customer Experience:

  Maintain high standards of customer service, resolve escalations, and ensure premium showroom experience.

• Team Leadership:

  Train, motivate, and supervise staff to achieve performance and service excellence.

• Store Operations:

  Oversee merchandising, stock management, billing accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.

• Inventory & Safety:

  Monitor stock movements, ensure proper handling of gold/diamonds, and maintain security protocols.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Maintain daily sales reports, staff attendance, and operational checklists.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Customer Engagement:

  Greet customers, understand their requirements, and assist in product demonstration.

• Sales Support:

  Support achievement of sales targets by guiding customers through available collections and offers.

• Customer Experience:

  Ensure a premium service standard, handle queries, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Follow-up & Retention:

  Maintain customer database, conduct follow-up calls/messages for inquiries, deliveries, and festival promotions.

• Billing & Documentation:

  Support accurate billing, order booking, and compliance with store SOPs.

• Showroom Presentation:

  Maintain product display, cleanliness, and brand visual standards.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Billing & Transaction Management:

  Generate accurate invoices and handle cash, card, UPI, and finance-related transactions.

• Compliance & Documentation:

  Ensure proper GST entries, tagging, and verification of customer identity for high-value transactions.

• Cash Handling:

  Maintain cash balance, reconcile closing amounts, and report discrepancies immediately.

• Customer Assistance:

  Support customers during billing, explain payment process, exchange rules, and warranty documentation.

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain ledger entries, payment records, and daily MIS reports.

• Security & Accuracy:

  Follow jewellery billing protocols, handle confidential information securely, and avoid manual errors.
