Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and coordinate safety committee meetings and mock drills.
Deliver EHS-related SOP training to employees and contractors.
Ensure legal compliance including annual returns and environmental statements.
Oversee plant safety, health, and environmental practices.
Perform safety inspections and recommend corrective actions.
Implement and upgrade EMS & OHSMS systems.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases; ensure CAPA.
Maintain records related to safety, incidents, and compliance.
Manage emergency preparedness plans and fire safety systems.
Coordinate EHS training and awareness programs.
Monitor and report EHS KPIs and environmental data.
Operate and maintain Occupational Health Centre and ETP plant.
Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste and monitor OCEMS.
Support internal audits and regulatory compliance.
Manage SOPs and ensure alignment with cGMP, QMS, EMS, EnMS & OHSAS standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with relevant experience in the EHS Department are encouraged to apply.

Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the pharmaceutical industry.

Only candidates who meet the above criteria should attend the walk-in interview.
