Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at ND Commerce in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing customer service strategies to improve the client's experience.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls related to products and services.
• Handling enquiries via calls and regular emails from customers regarding damage products, open packaging or for warranty claim services.
• Managing the queries or the problems of the customers by providing them with the solution.

Skill set required:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Experience in customer support or customer service management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult customers.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Good Communication skills in English is must.

• Experience required: 1 - 5 years in customer service.

• E-commerce industry experience would be an added advantage.

• Pure day shifts only.

• 6 Days Working.
