About the Role: Multi national bank
We are hiring for an Indian inbound role that involves Customer and Sales Support. This is a work-from-office opportunity based in Bengaluru. If you are a fresher or experienced professional with strong communication skills and are ready to work Day rotational shifts we would love to meet you at our walk-in drive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via calls• Provide efficient solutions for product/service queries• Support customers with a customer-first approach• Display sales-oriented communication for sales support
Who Can Apply:
• Education: PUC or Graduation in any stream
. Excellent English and Hindi
• Experience: Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome
Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills• Willingness to work in Day rotational shifts• Comfortable with sales-related conversations
Additional Details:
• Salary Range: 21000per month (based on experience & performance)• Shift: Rotational shifts• Working Days: 5 days a week (2 split offs)• Transport: Both-way cab facility provided• Work Mode: Work from Office only
