RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
R&D Upstream Processing
Designation: Sr. Executive/Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm and B. Tech/ M. Tech/ M. Sc (Lifesciences)
- Preparation and maintenance of Research cell banks, Master cell banks, and working cell banks for different projects, Strong experience in day-to-day laboratory operation, e.g. using equipment, aseptic techniques, preparing media/solutions
- Knowledge of planning and executing the scale-up of fermentation processes, mathematical skills, specifically with respect to fermentation operation and scale-up.
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of Total Proteins, Analytical Method Development and Routine sample analysis.
- Sound knowledge on QMS, initiation and handling Change controls, deviations.
- Preparation / Review of SOPs, Study design, Study Reports and miscellaneous QMS documents
- Co-ordination with Engineering, QA & Vendor to carry-out the RQ, qualification of the existing & new equipment, facility.
- Knowledge on equipment qualification stages i.e. DQ, FDS, FAT & SAT.
R&D Downstream Processing
Designation: Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive/ Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm and B. Tech/ M. Tech/ M. Sc (Lifesciences)
- Proven skills in the purification of proteins/VLPs/peptides/polysaccharides,
- Handling of FPLC systems like AKTA Avant, AKTA pilot, NGC and column packing etc
- Experience in Techniques- cell lysis, filtration, TFF, precipitation, chromatography, handling of inclusion bodies, Disassembly, reassembly.
- Knowledge on Biochemical analytics like Bradford, BCA, Lowry, anthorne, orcinal, PAGE, western blot LAL endotoxin etc.,
- Data mining, sorting, and escalating the results or observations to the line manager. Materials readiness, preparation of buffers and ensuring the pre-requisites for the batch (GLP/cGMP)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven troubleshooting skills in biomolecules
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment - a team player.
R&D Analytical / LCMS
Designation: Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive/ Executive
Qualification: B. Tech/ M. Tech/ M. Sc (Lifesciences)
- Candidate should have good understanding of Analytical / Bioanalytical method development, qualification and validation including stability, Preparing STPs, SOPs and protocols for analytical methods and instruments.
- Development of biochemical assays for various polysaccharide, polysaccharide-proteins conjugates and
proteins.
- An understanding of the regulatory environment, particularly ICH, CDSCO and EMA guidelines on analytical method development and validation would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Analytical method development and qualifications by using chromatography / spectrometric
- techniques and their theories.
- Experience in handling, operating and maintenance of HPLC, UPLC, GC, and LC-MS etc.
- Experience in characterizing biopharmaceutical products of peptides, proteins, Viral like particles (VLPs) and oligonucleotides (mRNA) etc. Determination of Molecular weight, size and aggregation profiles of peptides, polysaccharide conjugates, VLPs and Proteins by GPC-MALS, DLS, Asymmetric field flow fractionation and LC-MS etc.
- Should have knowledge and hands on experience on complete physicochemical characterization by LC-MS like Peptide mapping, Intact mass, amino acid sequencing, Bio confirmations, Impurity profiling like HCP etc.) for peptides, proteins and oligo nucleotides.
R&D Virology:
Designation: Sr. Executive/ Executive
Qualification: M. Sc/ M. Tech (Lifesciences)
- To plan and execute Transfection, Lysis, Maturation, Western blot, Ultracentrifugation, Titer estimation, and Neutralization assay with serum samples.
- Cross-functional coordination for exploring opportunities / supporting process and testing improvements, with a focus on cost/quality and on technology innovations
- Development of pseudovirus-based neutralization assay required for immunological/serological studies
- Responsible for stock maintenance of media, Reagents, and disposables required for Polyoma and HPV pseudovirus assay studies.
- Preparation/review of SOPs for execution. Troubleshoot the challenges in assay developments through the experimental and literature mining approach.
R&D – mRNA
Designation: Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive
Qualification: M. Sc/ M. Tech (Lifesciences)
Library Preparation for RNA and DNA, Whole genome sequencing (Illumina) and Nanopore sequencing applications.
Bioinformatic Skills- Should be well versed with Python, R language, NGS analysis, Nanopore workflow (Mandatory).
- Have experience with Luciferase based assays and cell culture techniques. Perform basic molecular biology and proteomic techniques. Should be well-versed with GraphPad Prism and Ms-Excel.
- Primer designing, Cloning, Conserved sequence study with skills of handling qPCR and digital PCR. Nucleic Acid extraction from bacteria, virus, blood, animal tissues, cell lines and FFPE/ frozen tissues.
- Maintenance of inventory, good record keeping and documentation skills.
R&D – Bioconjugation and purification
Designation: Sr. Executive/ Executive
Qualification: M. Tech/ M. Sc (Biochemistry/Chemistry)
- Experience in carbohydrate chemistry and reactions e.g. reductive animation, click chemistry etc.
- Evaluate different conjugation chemistries for bioconjugation of polysaccharide with carrier proteins by targeting groups that include primary amines, sulfhydryls, carbonyls, biorthogonal azides, and alkynes etc for vaccine development.
- Development and execution of conjugation methods, including site-specific conjugation techniques or linker.
- Conduct Conjugation reactions at Small and medium Scale followed by purification
