Role & responsibilities Maintains and documents proper records / log book / BPCRs / Reports as per GDP Handling of Chromatography, sterilization & Filtration techniques. Coordination with other department VIZ. engineering, QA, QC and R&D for smoothly execution of Technical Documents. Coordination with QA for timely issuance, completion, filling of BPCR and other GMP documents. Preparation of Performance Verification and PQ and commissioning protocol Understanding & execution of work in line with cGMP. Preparation of SOP, BPCR and other Technical Documents. Handling of QMS Documents, Handling of DMS. Execution of Training related activities of DSP area. To ensure the timely dispensing of raw material and Handling of SAP. Role & responsibilities: 1. Should have hands-on experience in manufacturing of plasma derived proteins like IgG, Albumin, clotting factors etc. 2. Hands on experience in nanofiltration of plasma derived proteins. 3. Experience in URS preparation and qualification of equipments in downstream manufacturing facility. 4. Should have experience in handling chromatography systems like AKTA process, AKTA Pilot etc. and execute chromatography operations. 5. Should have experience in handling different columns like BPG column, chromaflow column and Axichrom column including its packing and unpacking. 6. Should have experience in handling continuous centrifuge. 7. Should have experience handling Semi-automatic and manual TFF systems . 8. Execute and monitor supporting activities like steam sterilizer, DHS, Filter integrity machine etc. 9. Should have experience in handling stainless steel vessels, single use bags and CIP/SIP skids . 10. Experience in preparing the solution/buffers for downstream operation. 11. Experience in execution and review of batch manufacturing records, solution preparation records, log books etc. 12. Experience in keeping the facility neat and clean with respect to internal and external audits. Initiation of QMS documents like Change control, Deviation, Risk assessment, CAPA, change implementation and effectiveness verification and support for closing open documents on time. Executive/AM/DM for Production-DPT(Bacterial Vaccines) Experience: 4 to 14 Years Qualification: M.Sc.(Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology) Job Responsibilities: 1.Executives: Should possess experience in Bacterial Vaccines, with a preference for DPT Vaccines with a total industrial experience of 04-07 years. Should have practical experience in handling, Sterilization of the reactors, Vessels, Media Preparation, Seed cultures, Fermentation and Downstream Activities, including Centrifugation, TFF and filtration techniques. 2.AM/DM: Should possess experience in Bacterial Vaccines, with a preference for DPT Vaccines with a total industrial experience of 10-14 years. Should have practical experience in handling Seed cultures, preparing cell banks, conducting Fermentation and Downstream Activities, including Centrifugation, TFF, Chromatography, and filtration techniques. Must have experience in a team leadership role, managing a team of at least 10-15 members. Should also be well-versed in Quality Management Systems, including Risk Assessment, Deviations, Change Controls, and CAPA. Should have experience with regulatory audits, ideally with 3-5 years in this area.
