Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify talent gaps.
Conduct cold calling campaigns to source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards).
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the recruitment process and improve candidate quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in Sales Hiring/Recruitment or related field.
Proven track record of successfully filling critical sales roles within a short timeframe.
Strong understanding of IT industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
