Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify talent gaps.
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
