About the Role

As a Senior Engineering Manager / Technical Lead, you will

Lead and grow backend/full-stack/React teams

Own technology strategy for high-revenue platforms

Architect scalable, secure, distributed applications

Partner closely with product & business leaders

Drive innovation, agility, and engineering excellence

You will be a hands-on leader shaping applications powering multi-million-dollar revenue streams across global markets.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years in software development

4+ years in engineering management (leading 6+ engineers)

3+ years as Technical Lead / Staff / Principal Engineer

Strong experience in Node.js / Python / Go / Java / React / Next.js

Proven expertise in microservices & distributed systems

Solid experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

Strong DB knowledge — MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra

Hands-on with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis/Memcached, Elasticsearch

Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift

Excellent communication & people leadership

Bonus: Fintech experience, application security, observability tools like ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Snyk.
