Job Description

  • Acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping
  • Grow the liability base (CASAFD) of the bank by deepening relationships of premium mapped customer base
  • Sell asset, wealth & other products (bank and third party) with a view to enhance revenue per client
  • Service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products- Life Insurance
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Banking industry.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Meet and exceed business targets, contributing to branch and bank growth.
  • Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as in Banking / NBFC.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills .
  • Age : Up to 32 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation and above
  • Experience: 4+ years for KAM and 5+ year for RM into Banking Sales, preferably into portfolio management with relevant experience

in Retail Branch Banking / Insurance / Mutual Fund. AMFI / IRDA certified (For KAM / RM)
