Job Description

We are looking for a courteous, attentive, and experienced Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality industry and be passionate about providing outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when appropriate.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to supervisor when necessary.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
